Who We Are

Built around the financial well-being of members

THT Staff Somolu Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited is a registered member-owned and member-driven cooperative. The Cooperative is established for the benefit of confirmed staff of Total Health Trust (THT), exited staff of THT who choose to retain their membership, and associate staff of THT.

The Society was registered under Lagos State Government, Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Cooperatives on 27 November 2018 and began operations on 1 January 2019. As at 31 December 2025, the Society had 152 active members and continues to promote savings, responsible lending, transparency and collective growth.

Governance

How We Are Governed

The Annual General Meeting is the highest decision-making body of the Society, and every member has an equal vote regardless of savings size. Members elect a Management Committee to run the Society's day-to-day affairs, and a Supervisory Committee to review and audit its conduct, both serving fixed terms set out in the Society's bye-laws.
